I bring immense enthusiasm to connect people to the home buying and selling process. I focus on understanding your goals to assist you in attaining them. As a former teacher with the Ottawa Carleton District School board, my goal is to educate and inspire you throughout the process of buying, selling, and investing. My custom level of service has been the cornerstone in my ability to be recommended “by referral”. I am excited to continue growing my business, as I move into my 16th year in real estate.

I am passionate about designing spaces to enhance the sale value of your asset, and to assist you in making your new house a home. This is one of the key strategies I use to achieve the best results for you, whether you are buying or selling. 

In my home, you will find my husband Glen, an Ottawa firefighter, and 2 busy boys, Colton (7) and Jake (5). My recent experience of building a custom, off the grid home, is an asset for sharing first hand experiences in severing land, building, design, and what to expect throughout the process. My lifestyle includes a love of entertaining, a healthy balance of yoga and fitness, a crisp vodka martini, and a good coffee to start the day. My summers are filled cottaging and waterskiing on Calabogie Lake and the Big Rideau. Are you thinking of a cottage property? I would be thrilled to help.

Daria

Meet Daria, my partner in time! Daria joined the world of real estate in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since! She’s a numbers girl, coming to real estate from an earlier life as a successful but somewhat bored chartered accountant. They call her the “Energizer Bunny”, with a love of real estate which provides her with a solid foundation to help guide you through any real estate change.

Daria takes the stress and confusion out of the home selling and buying process with her attention to detail and personal service, being there every step of the way. Her success stems from going above and beyond for clients, taking the time to get to know each client, assess their needs, goals and timelines, and answer the many questions that pop up during the home selling and buying process.

Outside of real estate, Daria loves to ski, bike and spending time with family and friends. You name it, she’ll try it, unless it involves heights! She is sometimes known as a social butterfly and has surrounded herself with a huge circle of quality people. She is a native of Montreal but has called Ottawa home for many years.

Meet Charlene!

After moving to Ottawa to complete my Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences specializing in Criminology at the University of Ottawa, I have found my home. I started my real estate career as a part time receptionist over four years ago and have never looked back! I discovered my passion, after gaining experience working various roles, and working with Sarah. As her business manager, I have an active role ensuring your experience of buying and selling is a smooth one. I work behind the scenes to make sure no detail is overlooked, from contracts to facilitating efficient communication. You will also see me assisting with staging, working with contractors, coordinating key/lockbox, and some deliveries.

In my free time you will find me at the rink playing hockey, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying a good book…and the occasional Netflix binge. I truly love this beautiful city and living in the vibrant neighbourhood of Little Italy/Chinatown.
